Healthy Air 800 (HA800) Air Purifier

Overview

The Healthy Air 800 (HA800) is a freestanding commercial air purifier for large shared spaces of about 80–120 m², such as open-plan offices, classrooms, clinics, gyms and waiting areas. It pairs HEPA 13 filtration, which captures fine particles including PM2.5, with Healthy Air Technology’s patented DNO catalyst, designed to break down selected gases, odours and biological contaminants at its surface. In independent Intertek testing to ANSI/AHAM AC-1-2020, the HA800 achieved a particulate clean air delivery rate (CADR) of 799 m³/h in Turbo mode. Airflow designed using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) spreads clean air across the room, and a PM2.5 laser sensor adjusts the fan automatically. It uses 80 W at maximum speed and 5 W on standby, and weighs 15.2 kg. For rooms of 30–80 m², the HA500 is the better fit.

Test evidence

In laboratory testing, one HA800 sample run in Turbo mode for 60 minutes in a 30 m³ chamber (20–25 °C, 50–70% relative humidity) reduced Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus albus by more than 99.99%. An SGS test reported a reduction of at least 99.9% in the H1N1 virus indicator within 60 minutes. In 60-minute gas tests, nitrogen dioxide was reduced by 99.11% and sulphur dioxide by 93.3%, and formaldehyde CADR was 437.6 m³/h. Intertek CADR testing (ANSI/AHAM AC-1-2020, Turbo, anion on) reported a particulate CADR of 799.4 m³/h, and ozone measured below 0.003 mg/m³ at 5 cm from the outlet. Operation and placement

Place the unit where air can circulate freely around the intake and outlet. Avoid positioning it flush against walls, curtains or soft furnishings. For best automatic performance, keep the sensor area unobstructed.
